Theme favicon ie7 error !!

@normandia what does that mean? as far as I know, there was no favicon included in the theme… correct me if I’m wrong

Hello! When using unordered list, is there a way for me to remove the lines on the list items?

I like the cute bullet in unordered list but I would like to remove the lines as they are too long most of the time for my list items.

First of all, thanks for the Blogger version of this incredible template! I’ve been using it for a while, but I have a question now:
I wanted to add an AddThis widget to the bottom of all my posts, and I was instructed to look for a tag. My problem is that I can’t seem to find it (or any other ‘post-footer’ element), and thus I can’t add such an important feature to my blog.

Is there a way to solve this problem and add an AddThis widget?

Help!

I love this design. But I can’t get both sidebars to work in layout. I can only get one sidebar working. Is there something I can do?

I installed this theme today and I really like it, however there are problems with it in IE7. The title bar and nav bar don’t format properly or look right and when I go into page elements the first of the two sidebars is completely obscured and uneditable.
It works fine in Firefox but I’m very dissapointed that it looks less than stunning in Explorer.

I’m using the blogger version of this template. It looks incredible. Thank you so much for such a good work. I don’t see the green ribbon tag at the bottom of the page like your demo has though. As for calendar, I don’t see it either. Is it because it’s a blogger version? I would greatly appreciate if you can direct me to add the calendar cause I really want to make everything looks like the demo.

Hello! I just opened a blog and used this template, but the “Recent Posts” and “Recent Comments” are nowhere to find. Can you please help me with that? Thanks!

Another thing, the date format is off. I followed the setting instruction in attached read me file. It’s able to display but shown “2 August” instead of “2 Aug” so it goes over the border template a bit. I’m cool with it but thing should mention so that other will benefit it as well.

to change the date please search for var date_m = timesplit[1];
and replace that line with this one : var date_m = timesplit[1].substring(0, 3);

Hi, it’s me again.

I’m not trying to complain or be a pain, I just love this template so much and I want it to work and look right.

I don’t have any dates on my posts, but I do have the word “undefined” on every post.

And I tried looking for that timesplit thing like you told mamamiow to do, but I couldn’t find that anywhere either.

Even with the glitches I’m determined to use this template because i love it so much, but I would sure like to know how to get it to look right.

i’m currently using this Wordpress theme and it just looks good! It looks really neat and professional.

There’s just one thing though, this theme doesn’t seem to work with AJAX Comments Plugin which allows your comments to be posted without leaving or refreshing the page.

When I enter a comment, there’s a number “1.” that would show up. Can this be remedied? Some of my visitors would post twice thinking that their first comment was not posted.

i apologize for my previous message. i didn’t realize that the theme has a built in instant reply.

i only disabled the AJAX comments and i get the replies instantly.

Follow the instruction in the attached read me file that come with download package to fix “undefined” problem. You will get the date and month but not in the right format yet. The timesplit thing, I clicked check box expand widget templates on the top right of html code box. You will find it. I got mine working fine now.

Do you have the navigation tab ribbon on the bottom of your blog?

I LOVE THIS THEME! I’m having a few issues with it (Wordpress 2.6) but will fuss with it and see if I can make it work. I admit I’m a dolt when it comes to this stuff but it seems to be duplicating things in the sidebars… so, like I said, I will fuss with it and see if I can make it work.

But, I really have to say, I have looked everywhere for a perfect theme and you have got it!

Well, I managed to blow out the big list of links that was duplicated underneath the meta box but when I try to get the second sidebar to work…it loads under the meta. If someone (wordpress) person would like to take a look and give me some clues, I would be forever grateful.

I am trying this theme ofline to change my actual theme, but I,ll need than text in post flow arround pictures, and it don´t work. What I need to change in css to get it?

I love this theme for my personal blog, but the date on my post show up reallu bad ( month going off template) and the pictures of the commenter’s do not show up as well. How can i fix this?

First let me thank you for this theme. I too love this theme, but for some reason I am having trouble getting my text to wrap around my pix. I am using WordPress 2.6. If you visit my website and check out the “Author’s Welcome” you will see what I mean. If I switch to another theme everything lines up perfectly. If I add in the HTML editor, it will wrap fine until the next time I edit that entry. Then it all goes back to not wrapping correctly. Any thoughts?

Oops, one more thing! My blog is new without a lot of post. Until I read this page, I did not realize, but I am not getting the nav ribbon at the bottom of hte page either. I will take a look at the read me again to day, but if there’s a quick fix, I’ll take it.

Actually I re-downloaded the .zip file because I did not have a readme file. After I extracted it again, I still not have one. Is it a possible difference between the WordPress and the blogger version. I would love for someone to send it to me or post it somewhere. I am now using another theme InfoCreek created without any problems on another of my web sites. You mentioned that they might have gotten tired of answering the same old questions. Are those Q&A’a posted somewhere. I understand .css, etc. well enough to edit it, to change image tags, and classes, but I am stumped on why the text-wrap is not working. Anyway, if someone can point me to earlier answers and get me a readme file, I would be thrilled.

-Roos. You’ll need to add the widgets manually(make sure you have a backup copy of your old blog to fallback to should anything go wrong).

Thanks for responding. I installed wp-pagenavi and re-activated the theme. I do now have the navigation ribbons! Yippee!
The only problem I have left is the text wrapping around the images. Once you go to the web site, click on Author’s Welcome to see what I am talking about.

Hey Joanne, dump the calendar widget and it should work fine.

I added this template to my blog on blogger. But when i go to the layout section to add a few more gadgets, the first gadget column is completely hidden behind the post section (which itself is immovable)…so i cant edit that gadget column. and your template does not have the recent post and recent comment gadgets u mentioned in notepad file…please help

I’m using the Blogger version of this theme. I understand the Nav-Plugin is only for Wordpress, right? Let me know if I can just copy css off somewhere.

Still loving the template!

I do, however, have one last problem to sort out and I haven’t seen it mentioned here.

Right below the title of the blog there’s a niftly little space where we can place links and each of them has a colorful ribbon underlining it. (Red, green, blue and so on.) Now, those ribbons seem to be missing from my blog and it’s just not the same without them.

I first set up a “test blog” of sorts before installing this theme on my actual working one, and I had no problems there: the underlining ribbons appeared without a problem. On my “official” blog, however, they just won’t.

Is there a way to correct this? If there was, I’d be perfectly happy.

thank you for this wonderful template, although I managed to change the undenfined date I don’t knonw how to move links either to the side or to the bottom. They all appear above.
Besides I have Dev’s problem too I can’t edit one gadget column.

i had major stress with uploading the template in firefox v3. so i switched over to IE7 and got it to work fine…then came back to firefox and made all my changes. it took me several hours to get it to work, but i’m pretty happy with it so far. i’ll continue to tweak the template when i have more time. thank you!!

Willie, I actually use Firefox all the time, so it’s probably not a browser issue. (BTW, I tried it in IE too and the ribbons don’t show up there either.)

And in my test-blog they did show up perfectly…

I think you can edit that pink bar under the header in the Template section: it’s actually a Link List set to appear above Blog Posts. You just have to add some links and they will (hopefully) appear. Let me know if that helped.

Izar, I was actually answering @ Espita and @Dev @Izar questions… for the ribbon, please read what others have said here. It is for wordpress not blogger

Is this theme widget ready? I am trying to use it on my Wordpress blog and my sidebars come out all messed up. Most of my sidebar ends up on the bottom of the page. I have been using the Aspire theme for a while with widgets and it works beautifully. Is there something I can do to make this one work as well? It is a beautiful theme by the way!

I downloaded this template and love it, but I’m having an issue with it and I wondered if someone can help me. I have read the entire “read me” file and still need some help.

In the layout section I can’t actually get to the left column to edit it. It’s hidden behind the “Blog Posts” widget. Can this be fixed?

I’ve switched over to this theme today, and my comments don’t show up. Instead I get “Fatal Error: Call to undefined—-” (The rest is hidden) in the Avatar box.
No text whatsoever.
I’m on Wordpress 2.3.1 (because I hate 2.6) — could that be the reaon?
Nice theme, but unless the comments work in 2.3.1 it’ll have to go.

Hi! I managed to install the template and to get the date working just fine. However, somebody else asked for it and I haven’t seen an answer. Can we at blogger get the calendar? I’ve checked the other people’s blogs, that have instaled the template and none of them seems to have the calendar either. Is there any reason for it? If it can be added, how?
I would love to enjoy it.

Absolutely gorgeous theme, and exactly what I was looking for!!!! I do have one question/problem though.

Unless I am just missing it, there is no link to visit older posts. In other words, if it isn’t on the front page of the post list, there isn’t a way to see older posts in that category/tag/search.

Is there a way to add this feature? I am using Wordpress 2.6.2. Otherwise, I simply adore this theme.

I just wish I could see it… I have tried to follow the read me and make the necessary changes. I couldn’t find the comments redirect spot. Still seeing default blogger bg. Also not sure what you mean by “Top Menu” widget. Everything else was changed to specs.

Okay, blogger was the problem. I tried same things now and works fine. Maybe they were doing maintenance. I’m still getting it set up but at least I can see it now. ;0p
